Who is Aaron…
I am a Graphic Designer from Shawnee, Oklahoma and currently focus on design projects in freelance settings. I recently graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with two Bachelor degrees. One degree in Graphic Design and one in Biblical & Theological Studies. Through my collegiate studies, I had opportunity to advance my design skills. I discovered the world of marketing and further explored the connection between marketing and design.
Brand Identity has been my main focus throughout the early stages of my design career. I love the process of meeting with a client, learning who they are, and solving the “visual puzzle” of creating a brand identity and style. Developing a deeper understanding of marketing has allowed me to design in a more effective manner.
One of my favorite things is getting out and experiencing design in the world. My wife and I enjoy exploring new places; finding a unique thrift store, a trending new restaurant, or a relaxing coffee shop. Exploring new places gives me so much inspiration for design. Outside of designing, my current favorite activity is disc golf. I visit as many new courses as I can and play at least once a week. I also enjoy all things Star Wars, baseball, coffee, and art.
